3. Subscriptions & Billing
DesignSpace offers subscription plans: Pro and Unlimited, with Solo and Team options.
Subscriptions are billed on a quarterly or yearly basis, depending on your selection.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe (via Outseta or equivalent).
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Templates are provided under a license for personal or business use.

All content, including templates, designs, branding, and the DesignSpace platform itself, is owned by DesignSpace Agency.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

DesignSpace may run an affiliate program (via Rewardful or similar).
Affiliates must comply with program rules and may not engage in misleading promotion.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable.
8. Disclaimers
DesignSpace is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DesignSpace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
