Refund Policy

At DesignSpace, we want you to have confidence when purchasing our templates and subscriptions. Because our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, our refund policy is designed to balance fairness with protection against misuse.

1. Digital Products
  • All template downloads (Canva, Google Slides, Figma) are delivered as digital files or links.

  • Since digital products cannot be “returned,” all template sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Subscriptions
  • Subscriptions (Pro or Unlimited) are billed on a quarterly or yearly basis, depending on your plan.

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial refunds for unused time.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Subscriptions & Billing
  • DesignSpace offers subscription plans: Pro and Unlimited, with Solo and Team options.

  • Subscriptions are billed on a quarterly or yearly basis, depending on your selection.

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe (via Outseta or equivalent).

  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Exceptions
  • Refunds may only be considered in the following limited cases:



  • Duplicate payment (e.g., you were charged twice for the same plan).

  • Verified technical issue on our side that prevents you from accessing the service.

5. Trials & Free Access
  • Some templates may be offered for free (sign-in required).

  • Free templates and trial access are provided “as is” and are not eligible for refunds.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at: billing@designspace.com. Please include:



  • Your account email

  • Purchase receipt or transaction ID

  • A description of the issue

7. Processing Time
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • We cannot control how long your bank or payment provider may take to release the funds.

8. Changes to this Policy

DesignSpace is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
